How to get your team started
- Create your account and team. Open BASE in your browser or download the Android app, then set up your team profile.
- Invite players, families, and staff. Share a team invitation link or code so everyone can join the same workspace.
- Add your schedule and first update. Enter games and practices or import a schedule, review the details, and share your team news.
Give supporters a public team page
Team owners can choose to publish a page with their logo, selected roster names, and selected schedule events. Share one link with supporters, with a button for visitors to create their own BASE account.
Publishing is optional. The owner chooses what appears; private team conversations and account details stay in the team workspace.
Collect team fees and raise money
Coaches can connect Stripe to collect dues, registration fees, and other team payments. Create a fundraiser with your team’s story and goal, then share its link or QR code with supporters. You can also sell spectator tickets for games and events.
Questions about BASE
Can I use BASE without an Android phone?
Yes. You can use BASE in a web browser. The Android app is also available on Google Play.
Can parents and families watch games remotely?
Yes. Coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers can broadcast from a phone. Parents and guardians can request coach approval to broadcast. Choose a team-only stream or share a public viewing link with supporters.
Does joining BASE make my team public?
No. A team owner must enable the public team page and select the roster names and schedule events to publish.
